The successful suppliers will be acting in collaboration with United Utilities’ partners and other nominated parties to deliver Systems Integration Services as part of the overall supply chain, including:
- CDP (Construction Delivery Partners)
- NMA (Network Maintenance Alliance)
- CTS (Competitive Tender Services)
- AMS (Asset Maintenance Support)
- Wholesale (including Water, Wastewater, Networks and Operational Technology)

When the contract was originally tendered United Utilities said it was looking to appoint a maximum of four suppliers to the framework. No information has as yet been provided with regard to the companies who have won places on the framework. The agreement has initially been awarded for a 3 year period with the option to extend up to an additional 5 years subject to performance in 12 month increments.
